All Hallows Eve

I’m not a big fan of Halloween; I know that it doesn’t have to be bad however I find that often times Halloween is more about the bad than it is about the good. I think the world is bad enough and there shouldn’t be a celebration for it. My wife on the other hand loves the holidays and that includes Halloween. She dressed up and went out with her sister; I stayed home and worked on my homework. I have to say I would rather stay at home any day of the week and especially on Halloween. Don’t get me wrong, when we have children someday I will dress up or support them, because although I don’t like it, I don’t want to ruin it for those who might. I can certainly respect their agency even though I disagree with how they use it. Last night my in-laws and I carved pumpkins and the picture is of mine.

I have noticed an interesting phenomenon lately, my blog statistics have been on quite the rollercoaster ride. I gain a lot of views/readers and then they all of the sudden fall off. I post everyday and I try to make sure the content is new and that I post with a purpose so I wonder why people come and go so much. I know that it might not be the most riveting blog but I would have to say I am pretty consistent. So far I have only had one person comment on my blog. It would be great that of those that are reading my blog would comment as well. If you have any questions or would like to discuss a particular topic I would be more than happy to take requests. Also if you have any friends or individuals that you know it would be great to share my blog with them. Perhaps we can get some great discussions going of gospel topics or current events. I’m open to discussing lots of topics.
