Prophets in the Land Again

A few years ago Jeffrey R. Holland of the Quorum of the Twelve apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints gave a talk about the aforementioned topic. I thoroughly enjoyed his talk, it has been a talk that I have read from time to time over and over. Jesus Christ, not the Savior of the World?

According to Islam, Jesus Christ was merely a prophet. He did miracles and prophesied but the basis upon which Christianity is founded they dispute. What it really boils down to is, did Jesus Christ atone for the sins of the world and was he crucified and resurrected? We have seen actors, directors, politicians all behaving badly, this isn’t unusual per…
